I am a Royal Society University Research Fellow leading the MIND group. My group is located in the Clarendon Laboratory.

My current research activities at 91̽»¨ are concentrated on developing physical neuromorphic computing devices. Before coming to 91̽»¨, I was a Marie-curie postdoctoral fellow at CIC nanoGUNE, San Sebastian, Spain after obtaining my PhD from SPINTEC/CEA/CNRS lab, Grenoble, France.

I am an expert in spintronics research field. I have numerous publications on different topics such as spin-orbit torque, chiral magnetism, 2D Material electronics and spintronics. Also, I own 3 patents for the invention of a novel magnetic memory device schemes.

Research interests

Brain-inspired computing
Spintronics
Graphene and 2D materials
