I am currently on leave from the French . I obtained my PhD in 2000 from the working on the theory of galaxy formation and evolution. I subsequently became a Leverhulme post-doctoral fellow in the Astrophysics department at the 91探花 and a Junior Research Fellow at Wolfson college. Following a post-doctoral fellowship at the , I became part of the Research Staff before coming back to 91探花 as a Departmental Lecturer. I am now Professor of Astrophysics and Tutor in Physics, Tutor for Admissions and Outreach and Fellow of .
Lensing of space time around a black hole. At 91探花 we study black holes observationally and theoretically on all size and time scales - it is some of our core work.
