Research

I work on the long baseline accelerator neutrino experiment and the next generation experiment .

On T2K I am a member of the near detector management committee and work on near detector analyses and hardware. During the I led the commissioning of the new Super Fine-Grained Detector (SuperFGD). I now lead the analysis of data taken with this novel detector, aiming to prepare new flux and cross-section constraints for the T2K oscillation analysis with the near detector. In addition I continue to 91探花 the operations of the SuperFGD and the near detector Data Acquisition (DAQ) system.

On Hyper-Kamiokande I am a member of the far detector DAQ group. We are in the process of finalising the design of the DAQ system in advance of the imminent detector construction. The first physics data is scheduled to be collected in 2028.
