I'm a Glasstone Fellow in Astrophysics and Supernumerary Fellow at Exeter College.

As an LGBT+ person in STEM, I believe that visiblity and representation is important. I am a trustee for the charity , we were one of the driving forces behind - this is November 18th every year. I'm the coordinator of the Out Thinkers events that we run, these are events where LGBT+ people in STEM can give a talk about their work in a safe environment surrounded by like-minded people. They provide a great oppotunity to network with other LGBT+ people in STEM and promote their work. .
