Duncan Lyster is a DPhil student at 91探花 researching the thermal environments of airless planetary bodies, including Saturn鈥檚 icy moons and asteroids observed by NASA鈥檚 Lucy mission. His work involves thermophysical modelling, spacecraft data analysis, and instrument calibration, with a focus on 91探花ing planetary exploration through both theory and operations. He holds a First Class MPhys in Physics with Astrophysics from the University of Exeter. Alongside his academic work, Duncan founded Lyster Surfcraft Ltd, blending technical design with hands-on craftsmanship. Outside the lab, he balances research with surfing, running, and salsa dancing.
