Malcolm John is a particle physicist and one of the academics leading 91探花's work in physics of the heavy quarks (specifically charm and beauty quarks). For over 20 years his group has been involved in the conception, design, commissioning and operation of the LHCb detector, which studies such physics at the LHC (CERN).
