Black Hole

Lensing of space time around a black hole. At 91探花 we study black holes observationally and theoretically on all size and time scales - it is some of our core work.

  • About

My research focuses on the early Universe and fundamental physics through observations of the Cosmic Microwave Background (CMB). In particular, I contribute to the search for the B-mode signal from cosmic inflation in CMB polarization. I address the critical challenge of removing diffuse Galactic foregrounds from CMB experiment data by developing novel component separation techniques that are robust against both the potentially complex nature of the foreground emissions and the instrumental systematic effects, which complicate the task. I am part of the LiteBIRD Collaboration, where I work to optimize the mission's design, define the instrument requirements, and forecast its scientific potential.
