DRA is a UK-wide academic competition that is awarded annually to junior researchers who are pursuing (or have recently completed) doctoral degrees in the UK. It has been organised annually since 2012. DRA's purpose is to promote and reward academic and scientific excellence among young researchers who will be the world-class academics of the future. Indeed, despite being founded less than a decade ago, one is already witnessing the emergence of the leading scientists from the past winners of DRA who have reached the highest-ranking positions in academia.

Selected to work in the Institute this summer in Japan. My project will be focusing on the use of AI in healthcare settings.

An annual award offered to Cypriot citizens who study at a doctoral level in a world-leading institution. I have been awarded the scholarship for three years in a row.

Teams of 4 undergraduate students solve 10 problems from diverse areas of Theoretical Physics. Our team was one of the two, to represent the UK to the competition after winning the preliminary round in the UK. The competition was held in Zagreb, Croatia and our team came 5th globally- the highest place the UK has ever achieved in the competition.
